We do not charge a call-out fee. A minimum order may apply depending on the appointment.
We plan around scheduled outages. In the event of an unexpected power interruption, we will wait or reschedule as needed.
On-Site
Please remove small personal items from the area being cleaned. Our team will assist with light furniture where possible.
Payment is due on the day immediately after the service is completed. We accept EFT, card or cash. Proof of payment must be sent to the on-site supervisor via WhatsApp before the team leaves.
